On June 30th, in the Gold Coast of Chicago, the Joe Perillo family celebrated the Grand Opening of the only Rolls Royce dealership in Chicago and the latest edition to the Perillo Family Auto Group. The private event featured Bartolo “Buddy” Valastro Jr., also known as TLC’s The Cake Boss, who created a gigantic Chicago-esque cake for the occasion.
Otis Wilson of the ’85 Chicago Bears and Kahlil Bell of the current Bears line-up, joined other Chicago celebrities like “Hall-of-Famer” Richard Dent, Larry Wert (President of NBC Chicago) and Catie Keogh of 24/7 Chicago for the celebration. As guests were greeted with champagne and sweet treats, I had the delightful opportunity to chat with Buddy and others as to how the event came to be.
